A few weeks ago now, I was delighted with the chance to talk to a good friend and all-around legend, Eoin ''Fuz'' Reilly.
I've known Fuz for a long time now. He was never too far away when we both played in Galway with numerous bands back in the day.
He's a great guy and someone who has a big heart, who now finds himself in one of the most exciting bands coming out of Ireland at the moment, Slyrydes.
Having released a string of excellent singles over the last while, the band has built up a buzz around them, leading them to record their debut album despite the obstacles of the lockdowns.
